ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Printing prices include a minimum art service which includes preparing artwork for printing and making films and screens. Graphic design services can result in additional charges so it’s important to provide the best quality artwork possible. When we are required to create custom artwork or touch up client supplied artwork, an art setup fee of $25 per half hour will be charged, with a minimum charge of $25.ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
For best results, and in order to minimize art setup costs, we prefer artwork that adheres to the following requirements:We prefer Adobe Illustrator (AI) or Photoshop (PSD) formats.
We accept AI, PDF, PSD, TIFF, or EPS files.
Illustrator Files must be compatible with Illustrator CS3 or earlier.
Photoshop Files must be compatible with Photoshop CS2 or earlier.
Artwork must be in CMYK mode.
Minimum Resolution: 200 - 300 dpi at actual size to print.
Artwork must be at actual size to print.
Max Print Size: 12” x 16”. Larger prints are Oversize.
Max Oversize print size 16” x 20”. Price based on production complexity.
All text layers must be converted to outlines or rasterized.
Bitmap files (JPG, PDF) may require vectorizing or color separating. Standard art charges may apply.
The final art files (CMYK) should have all colors converted to black, not the intended print colors. A good formula for CMYK Print Black is: C 75, M 68, Y 67, K 90.
Art Files larger than 5MB should be emailed via YouSendIt.com, DropSend.com, or similar free service for sending large files. For more options Google: email large files free.
PRODUCTION TIME REQUIREMENTS
Orders are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Turn around times may vary depending on current production schedule. Standard orders require an average production time of 10-14 business days. This time begins the first day we receive both a 50% deposit and final art approval. A rush fee based on the complexity of the job applies to any order required in 5 days or less.DEPOSIT AND BALANCE
We require a deposit of 50% up front to begin any custom order. This enables us to order the garments from our suppliers, and begin prepping your job. Your custom order does not begin until we receive your deposit. The balance of your custom order is due at the time of pickup; no exceptions. TN customers must provide a valid sales tax resale number or pay sales tax.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
